About Mids CAmp |
|
We've never had an official preteen camp but this year, we are excited to announce our first ever "Mids Camp". No matter what we're doing, we know that God is at work in and throughout the lives of our staff and speakers to impact these kids with His truth, love and hope through all sorts of fun activities. Whether it's dancing and singing along with our chapel team, learning about God's truth and the gospel through creative object lessons and exciting speakers, or having a hilarious time dressing up to each day's themes, we know that our Mids Camp will be such an amazing experience for campers and staff alike!
If you do choose to join us you'll get to experience a variety of activities including:
- Morning and evening chapels with worship, games, and fantastic speakers
- Archery, a "gagaball" pit, as well as a (sand) volleyball and basketball court
- Canteen with something to drink and snack on each day
- Crafts and other fun activities to encourage kid's creativity
- Our waterfront dock, stocked with canoes, kayaks and lifejackets
- Our games room with ping-pong, pool and foosball

A Slightly Different Plan:
Based on the BC Government's current Public Health Order and COVID-19 restrictions, we've gone ahead and planned for Day Camps this year as an alternative to overnight camping - which, unfortunately, is not permitted at this time.
How it will work:
This year's Mids Camp will be from July 12th - 16th. The difference is that kids and staff will be bussed back and forth from Prince George and Quesnel and activities will be structured to keep the PHO's restrictions and guidelines in place for the safety of all our campers, staff and volunteer teams.
Who is it for:
This year we are dividing our Kids and Preteens up for TWO different weeks of Day Camps.
If you are between the ages of 10-12 immediately prior to camp, then you get to go to Mids Day Camp.
Registration Details:
Early Cost | Before May 15 - $210
Regular Cost | Before June 15 - $230
Late Cost | After June 15 - $250
*A minimum deposit** of $65 is required no later than June 1st.
**This is non-refundable unless camp is canceled by its Directors and Board Members. In that case a full-refund will be given.
